Lanna structures - found across Northern
Thailand, South China, Laos and Myanmar -
and colonial splendour. Traditional wooden
rice barns, ornate temple-like structures and
magnificent colonial mansions have been
erected in clusters, providing luxury accommodation,

Pavilion
The standard pavilion features one floor with
nice living area, King size bed and a terrace
with an open deck. The décor reflects the
sumptuous styles of Northern Thailand. Approximately
60 square meters/645 square feet.
Deluxe Pavilion
Larger in size, this two storey Thai style pavilion
features the option of a King or Twin beds
with the addition of a walk-in closet. The living
room is completed with a pantry and a sun deck overlooking the lush gardens. Pavilion
sizes vary from 98 to 117 square meters/1053
to 1250 square feet.
Villa
A real authentic Northern Thai rice barn, converted
into a teak wood villa. This smaller twon storey
option with open A space of living area
on the ground floor, opens onto wonderful terrace
connected to the king bedroom on the
upper floor, all of them overlook countryside of
vegetable garden. The size varies from 75 to
150 square meters/806 to 160 5 square feet
Deluxe Villa
A spacious, two storey option, with all the features
and benefits of our villas but with an additional
Sala, a typical Thai style outdoor patio,
from which to gaze over the nearby rice fields
and air-conditioned living room down stair with
powder room. Additional features are massage
area downstairs and high-ceiling King or
Twin bedroom with a walk-in closet upstairs.
The size varies from 185 to 250 square meters/
1870 to 1980 square feet.
Deluxe Villa with outdoor Jacuzzi
Imagine to plunge into your very private Jacuzzi,
with this accommodation you will have
the opportunity to do so. This Villa is also
much larger in size and offers the luxury of
between 175 to 235 square meters/1870 to
2515 square feet of living space.
Deluxe Villa with Pool
As the name suggests, the finest of all villas
special for honeymoon couple with specific
lucky room number comes with a very private
pool and outdoor Jacuzzi together with the
ultimate luxury of vast living space, which
makes it hard to ever leave (even to go for
breakfast). Other additional features are an
outdoor deck, in-room massage area and upper
terrace for sun bathing. This villa is approximately

Grand Deluxe Villa with Plunge Pool
This ultra luxurious two storey teak wood Villa
is facing the rice paddy fields. The ground
floor’s additional features are a dining room,

spacious bedroom upstairs comes with high
ceiling and a King Bed. There is a separate

Perfect for a small group of people or family,
the two separate double-storey teak wood Deluxe
Villas are located together in the same
compound. Each unit features a living room on
the ground floor and a Twin or King sized bedroom
on the upper floor with all the additional
features of the deluxe Villas. Shared is the
massage area and there is a deck for sun
bathing with a covered Sala, a Thai pavilion.

Identical to the Deluxe Two-Bedroom Villa but

pool located within the grounds of the two Villas.
