Baan Paradise is a 5 star villa beautifully finish and furnished, complete with rich wooden flooring throughout, all original artwork, antiques and rich fabrics. The villa is set around a beautiful infinity edge pool, with 180 degree panoramic views of Patong Bay, located high on the hill at the south end of Patong Beach headland, with all the convenience of being 3 minutes to the beaches, shopping, dining and night life whilst enjoying a tranquil and relaxing location.

The accommodation comprises of 5 master bedrooms, each taking in the magnificent sea views; the master lounge, complete with stereo and DVD, sits next to the infinity edge pool providing BOSE sounds to match the mood. An open plan chef's kitchen services both the inside and outside dining areas. The downstairs entertainment room houses a 60 inch plasma flat screen TV, complete with DVD, stereo and Sony play station II as well as an American pool table, making it a great party room or relaxing stay indoors retreat.

Baan Paradise include all basic Thai meals as part of the service, prepared by a personal Thai chef, plus complimentary soft drinks and bottled water as well as a complimentary case of beers on arrival.

Two resident maids take care of guests daily needs and the villa manager is on hand to assist with any special requirements. Airport transfers are complementary.

Bedrooms
Comprising of 5 master bedrooms, each with their own attached bathrooms and each taking in the fantastic views across Patong Bay; from the moment of opening the curtains in the morning to the evening sunset and the night lights of Patong, guests never tire of the changing views.

Swimming Pool
The 14 meter, infinity edge pool is the only thing that sits between the villa and the view. Guests can lie by the pool or on the teak sun beds, or sit in the pool with a back massaging from the spa jets. It just doesn't get any better than this....

Entertainment Room
The downstairs games room houses an awesome 60 inch, wall mounted plasma TV. The surround sound home theatre comes with DVD and Sony Play station as well as a selection of the latest movies and games for guests to enjoy. Or, if preferred, an American pool table sits at the other end of the entertainment room with great views of Patong.

Wifi and Broadband PC
Recognising that guests want to stay in touch with friends and family, the entire Villa is WiFi enabled. So, if guests have their own laptops that are WiFi enabled, connection is immediate. A top of the line broadband PC with scanner and printer is also provided.

Kitchen
The Villa has 2 full kitchens. On the mid-level, the open plan main kitchen services both the poolside and inside dining. The lower kitchen is also a full kitchen and can be used for late night entertainment snacks or as a maids kitchen. Both are fully equipped and if guests feel inclined to cook, they can go right ahead.

Staff
Baan Paradise comes with a minimum of 2-resident maids to take care of guests daily needs. The villa manager speaks perfect English and will handle guests personal needs such as restaurant bookings, tours and recommendations. She can also arrange afternoon massages and even more exotic things like poolside cabarets for a party or a baby elephant to entertain the children. Just let her know.

Food and Drink
All basic Thai meals are included in the daily rental charge. The Thai cook is fully trained and can prepare and present a range of Thai dishes to suit guests tastes. The Western breakfast is also excellent. If desired specials such as a poolside seafood bar-b-q with imported steak and lobster can be provided; the staff will buy the fresh produce from the market, prepare it to required tastes and charge only what was paid.

Soft drinks and bottled water are FOC, and a complimentary case of Heineken is waiting in the fridge.

Airport Transport
All airport transport is provided complimentary.

Check In and Check Out
As long as the actual check in and check out fall on the agreed day of arrival and departure, then timing is entirely up to guests.

Location
Nestled amongst swaying palms, waterfalls and flowering gardens, Baan Paradise is conveniently located at the southern end of Patong, high on the hillside overlooking Patong bay. Only minutes away from world class beaches, shopping, dining and nightlife of Phuket.

Getting There
Patong is a 40 minute transfer from the international airport and 30 minutes drive to Phuket town.
