Accessed by private road leading to the villa entrance, a classic Chinese doorway opens into the grounds with a short flight of stairs up to level one.

From here a conveniently placed elevator links the bedrooms level two and the vast entertainment area on the top level three where the 260 sq/m infinity edge blue tiled swimming pool can be found. This beautiful tropical setting with stunning easterly views across the expansive lawn area bordered by the kitchen, dining, living and master bedroom salas, creates an ideal relaxed and practical private living environment.

Facilities
NOTE: A cautionary word of warning for parents of young children, please be informed that due to the elevated location and design layout of Baan Ayara Villa #6, a greater level of supervision may be necessary for enthusiastic and adventurous toddlers.

The property decor is a mix of the best of Chinese and Thai design with the dining room equipped with a beautifully crafted hardwood 12 seat table set against the backdrop of Kamala bay . A "Jacuzzi" spa facility is provided outdoors where it takes in the same stunning views. A selection of quality Audio Visual equipment is provided in the living room. A fully equipped modern western style airconditioned kitchen.

The six bedrooms are made up of a Master bedroom on the top level with ensuite Spa bath. The remaining five guest bedrooms provide a choice of two overlooking the Andaman sea and three taking in views of Kamala Bay. All have teak and lumber wood interiors, full air-conditioning and ensuite bathroom with shower. For fitness enthusiasts a multi station set and exercise cycle are provided within their own private workout area.

The L-shaped 260 sq/m infinity edged pool is an unvarying 1.5 m deep except in the spa area, with pool chairs and umbrellas provided for relaxation and shading.
