The property grounds are over 1,700 sq.m., with 600 sq.m. of living space and a further 600 sq.m. of terraces and poolside area.

Though a quiet and ideal family location, down town Patong with its beach and marine sports options, shopping, dining and nightlife are all within easy reach.

Facilities

Bedrooms
Comprising of 4 (5 if the Study area is utilised) Thai–style master bedrooms (including one super-master with lounge room, TV and spa-bath), each with their own attached bathrooms, and each with views across the swimming pool, tropical gardens or views of Patong bay.

Swimming Pool
A large free-form swimming-pool (3ft – 7ft deep) complete with sun loungers, outdoor tables and plenty of outdoor seating around the villa for privacy, including a garden sala for that morning coffee or mid-afternoon massage. A 5- burner barbeque is also provided for pool side barbeques

Games Room
The large games room is a perfect meeting place, with plenty of comfortable seating and natural light. It comes complete with regulation pool table, 51” TV, stereo, DVD player, Sony Play station II and bar – as well as a selection of CD’s, DVD’s and video games. It also has unique glass viewing windows into the pool so you can see the underwater action from the games room.

Gymnasium The large fully equipped and air-conditioned gymnasium has everything needed to keep fit and feeling great. From a range of free-weights (10lb – 110lb) as well as various weight machines, an exercise bike with built in hear-monitor and a even punch / kicking bag. Fresh towels and bottled water provided.

Study / Office If guests need to stay in touch with their business back home a fully equipped office is provided complete with a high-end PC, Internet connection, fax, scanner and colour printer- complete with wonderful views across Patong Bay. This office can also be made into a 5th bedroom if required, complete with its own private bathroom.

Kitchen The large fully-equipped kitchen is available to guests at any time, day or night. Or the maid will cook some delicious Thai food, or have fresh fruits to guests liking, served around the pool. The Thai style lounge upstairs also comes complete with a TV and DVD player as yet another place to escape and enjoy the latest movies.

Meals Breakfast is provided complimentary - choice of full American breakfast, fruit, or coffee by the pool. Simple Thai meals are also available free of charge at any time of the day, as are fruits and simple snacks. If guests would like a full dinner party or a pool-side barbeque, the villa service staff will happily arrange it (only extra charge to pay is the actual market price of the food).

Staff Baan Sabai comes complete with a Villa Manager to make sure guests every need is taken care of – from food, to tours, massages, transportation or simply confirming travel reservations. A cook and full maid service are also included plus garden caretaker.

Car A complimentary (fully insured) Suzuki Vitara 4WD is available for guests during their stay.

Security A uniformed security guard is provided everyday from 7pm—7am.

Airport Transfers The Villa Manager will arrange complementary airport transfers coordinated to guests arrival and departure detail.
