Tha Lane Bay Villa is an ocean front 4 bedroom property with swimming pool set in one of the most stunning and tranquil natural locations imaginable. Just 15 metres from the tidal waters on the high tide it enjoys panoramic views out to the Andaman sea and a shared boarding pier for marine leisure activities.

Tha Lane Bay Villa was completed in late 2003 with Thai influence contributing to the 'U' shaped layout design featuring 230 sq.m. relaxed of spacious and naturally cool living areas. Backing onto a lily pond and set in a large garden with a thatched sala cooled by sea breezes, there's a large swimming pool, a spacious main building, and a large open living area perfectly suited for entertaining visitors.

The main building houses a large open fronted living and dining area decorated with woodcarvings and artworks complemented by comfortable lounge furniture creating an aura of simplicity and style. A well equipped kitchen facility connects to the dining area.

Two master bedrooms are located in the pavilions to the left and right of the main building featuring paintings above the king size beds and ensuite bathrooms with a large bathtub, separate shower, and direct access to the swimming pool.

The remaining two double bedrooms are located in the main building have ensuite bathrooms with showers and toilet facilities. Each fronts onto the terrace with direct access to the swimming pool and sea views.

Directly in front of the main building and taking in uninterrupted sea views, the marine colour swimming pool is set in the manicured garden featuring frangipani and palm trees, and a variety of exotic plants. Close to the shore line a traditional Thai style sala provides an informal retreat away from the main accommodation along with a sanded play area just below.

Customized leisure activities:
The Tha Lane Bay Villa staff are recruited from the Krabi area and will be delighted to advise and support guests in customizing their vacation, be it relaxing at the villa with a personalised menu of food and drinks, or taking advantage of the many outdoor activities. The staff can also act as a local guide, interpreter and driver.

Krabi or Ao Nang are just 30 minutes drive away and offer the opportunity for guests to enjoy eating or drinking at the restaurants and pubs, shopping at the local market and discovering regional products.

In addition the staff can accompany guests on off-shore island trips and organize a picnic lunch. Fishing trips can also be arranged or a visit to a fisherman's house at a nearby village where guests can buy an abundance of fresh seafood such as crabs, squid, rock lobsters, prawns, and fish.

Popular Activities:
1. Ao Tha Lane
Kayaking at Ao Tha Lane is the one of the most enjoyable trips in Krabi. Exploring sea caves, natural lagoons, mangrove forest and many other cave before going along the tidal forest to observe many species of animals. Sightseeing by canoe through the majestic cliffs and the quiet nature along the gorge that leads into the mountains.

2. Mu Kho Hong
There are both large and small islands. The main ones are: Laga or Saga Island , Lao Riem Island , and Lao Lading Island. These islands have great hollows inside them. Kho Hong is the largest. It is rocky with coral formations in both shallow and deep waters; they are great for diving, fishing and boating.

3. Ao Nang
A group of 83 islands lie within Ao Nang Bay, many of which are rapidly accessible by a long tail boat ride. From the town of Ao Nang , you can enjoy tremendous views of surrounding islands, including Kho Poda, while relaxing on the long stretch of a beautiful beach that runs the length of the town. Boats are available for Rai lay Beach and Phra Nang.

4. Kho Poda & Kho Kai
Lying just off the coast of AO Nang , Ko Poda's fine white sand and warm water make it the perfect place to spend the day snorkeling, scuba diving or sunbathing on this beautiful gem of the Andaman sea.

5. Railay and Phra Nang Beaches
Considered as one of the most beautiful beaches in the world, Railay beach is just a short boat ride away from Ao Nang. At the end of the beach, explore the dramatic limestone formations of the Phra Nang caves, which have drawn rock-climbers from all over the world. It's one of Krabi's most special places.

6. Susaan Hoi
Susaan Hoi, or Shell Fossil Beach, is the sight of a remarkable geological formation, a 75 million year-old "shell cemetery". Successive layering of shells over millions of years created the "Shelly limestone", which is over 40 cm. thick. Scientifically verified, this product of the Tertiary Age exists in only two other places in the world.

7. Mangrove Forest
Right behind Jao Fah Pier in Krabi town lies one of Krabi's richest natural wonders: kilometers of pristine Mangrove Forest, home to an astonishing variety of birds which have drawn birdwatchers from all over the world. Cruising in a long tail boat or a sea canoe, keep your eyes open for species such as Gurney's Pittas, Brown-winged Kingfishers, Flamebacks, Pacific Reef Eagles and Dollarbirds.
