Golden Buddha Beach Yoga classes are held on a sweeping green lawn under the coconut palms on a remote island with a wildlife population far exceeding that of humans, overlooks a serene bay with two gem-like islands. We have excellent facilities for yoga classes whether you are a participant, or a teacher looking for a location in the heart of nature in which to conduct your classes.
Throughout the cool season (December through March) there are regular daily yoga sessions - which any guest is welcome to join - and a qualified traditional Thai masseuse to relax and invigorate you.

Attention Yoga Instructors Golden Buddha Beach resort has a small wooden platform on the cape, protected from the sun by coconut fronds. The platform is equipped with heavy-duty sticky mats, belts, eye bags, blocks, and a pile of cotton Iyengar-like blankets so participants do not need to bring this cumbersome equipment from abroad.
In the past two years, several international yoga teachers have held one and two-week sessions at the resort. Because we believe our site is so well suited, we would like to open this opportunity to other teachers.
Golden Buddha Beach is the ideal setting in which to restore one's physical and mental balance. In addition to the above health programs, this unusual eco-resort offers a host of nature and adventure activities, including snorkeling, kayaking, bird watching, and hiking in the rain forest.
