FILMING GUIDELINES
Asian Sky will consider enquiries for commercial movie and TV series filming or photography shoots at one of our listed luxury villa properties on a case-by-case basis. We normally require a minimum of five weeks notice prior to filming mobilization to consider and agree any proposal.

Filming / photography shoot enquiries will be evaluated based on:
1. Content of the project.
2. Production needs including dates and times of filming, number of people involved,
amount of parking necessary, catering, etc.
3. The property's capacity to host the production.
4. Level of inconvenience to employees and neighbours , including noise,
closure of facilities, parking situations, etc.
5. Whether the production will be renting other accommodation from Asian Sky
to house the cast talent and crew during filming.
6. If a major star is involved.
7. If the film / TV show will mention the villa in a positive way.
Location Fee:
A location fee will be assessed based on size of the production and how involved the filming will be. If a chosen villa has forward bookings that clash with required filming dates, we will not be able to accommodate the production.
Location Agreement:
Once acceptable terms are agreed with a production company, a 'Location Agreement' will be drawn up clearly stipulating the terms of property usage, including set-up/take down times, dates of shoot, number of people and cars allowed, where on the property filming can take place, etc. Before any filming is to commence, Asian Sky must receive the following:
1. Proof of Liability Insurance with Asian Sky named as an additional insured for a minimum of at least US$1 million.
2. All agreed fees.
3. Proof of Worker's Compensation insurance.
