The impressive 18-hole, 7028 yards, par 72 Thai Muang Beach Golf Course is located just north of Phuket Island, across the bridge in Phang Na Province, facing the Andaman Sea in one of the most beautiful parts of Thailand's west coast. This is one of Thailand's few links-style courses and features some really dramatic holes, lush fairways and breath-taking scenery. The course offers two of southern Thailand's most famous holes: 'The Gem', running adjacent to a white sandy beach, and 'The Lady', a 178-yard, par 3, laid out along a narrow peninsula. It is not an easy course by any means, but the stunning vistas of the Andaman Sea, white beaches, lushly forested hillsides and distant mountains are reward enough for most people, and it is this that make it the best course in the Phuket area at which to relax at the "19th" with a post-round drink and watch the tropical sunset. Simply stunning!
