Local Kata leisure activities are just an 8 minute stroll away and include excellent beaches, restaurants and shopping.

Clubhouse facilities
The 4-level Clubhouse complex provides centralized control of all services for guests, including reception lounge and offices, and business/concierge services centre. A full-service kitchen and dining terrace overlooking the recreational facilities is also provided.

Other facilities include an air-conditioned lounge and meetings room, floodlit Astroturf all-weather tennis court, large freeform swimming pool for exercise and recreation, sun bathing terrace, male/female showers and changing rooms, a fully equipped, and air-conditioned fitness centre.

Villas designs
The selection of villa designs have been personalized by the owners but generally incorporate large expanses of sliding or folding doors to living areas and bedrooms opening to the villa decks and pools, with layouts to maximized the indoor-outdoor living, dining and entertaining experience. All villas are provided with a modern fully equipped kitchen and many of the rooms feature vaulted or coffer-style wood-lined ceilings with cooling ceiling fans.

Outdoors, extensive landscaping, with abundant tropical plants, provides privacy and maintains separation between the individual villas without obtrusive boundary walls blocking the cooling sea breezes. Exterior colours and roofs have been selected to blend with the natural environment tones.

Hat Kata (Kata Beach)
Hat Kata is made up of two gently curving bays, Kata Noi (Small Kata) and Kata Yai (Big Kata) bordered by rocky headlands. The main beach, Kata Yai, offers two kilometres of white sand beach fringed by shady trees, while Kata Noi the smaller of the two, provides tranquillity and seclusion. Swimming is safe in the clear blue water during the high season (November - April) when visitors can rent a local longtail boat and go fishing or snorkelling off the rocky headlands, hire a jet-ski (swimming areas are separated) or simply relax and take it easy.

Complemented by the village area with a selection of restaurants and bars including the popular Mom Tri's Boathouse it is an ideal location for holiday makers who enjoy relaxed surroundings.

Situated on the south west coast of Phuket, airport transfers take around 45 minutes with the islands main entertainment centre Patong a scenic 15 minutes drive north along the coast road. Phuket City ideal for shopping trips is just 17 kilometers away.
