The renowned Architect of the Amman Hotel Group was commissioned to build this dream house for the owner which took 5 years to complete. Located at the end of a west coast peninsula jutting out into the ocean, villa guests can enjoy 275 degree views including spectacular sunsets, probably the best Phuket has to offer.

The pavilion accommodation occupies some 5,000 square meters of private grounds with many of the best hotels and golf courses on the island just a short drive away.

The accommodation which sleeps 12 people comfortably consists of:

• Dining/Sitting room 72 sq.m. with wide screen TV.
• Outside, roofed, dining pavilion with 275 degree sea view (seating 12)
• Three double bedrooms pavilions with own bathrooms.
• Two double bedrooms with one bathroom and nanny room.
• One double bedroom with shower.
• A large platform on the rocks to have drinks with your family/friends and two small seating areas above the rocks.
• Cinema room (with games console), gym with sauna & steam room.
• Full electronic security and 24 hours watch men.
• Computer with internet connection.
• All rooms are centrally airconditioned.
• All bedrooms have satellite TV.
• Large swimming pool with salt water crystal chlorination filter system and underwater lights.

Service Staff:
The villa is fully staffed with an English speaking House manager, a cook, two maids and driver (all in uniform)

Airport transfers:
Transfers from Phuket international airport take approximately 30 minutes.
