Laemson Villa 3 is situated on an impressive rock face looking directly out to the West over the amazing crystal clear waters of the Andaman Sea.

As part of a seven villa private estate, “Laemson Resort” was designed and decorated by world renowned architect Jean-Michel Gathy from Denniston International. Mr. Gathy has taken full advantage of the amazing location combining traditional Thai Style Architecture with sumptuous living and outdoor areas while also accommodating every facility this contemporary luxury Villa deserves.

The Villa has been designed to lodge four families, with children, in the comfort of expansive living areas and an impressive 42.6 Square meter pool.

Conveniently located just outside of Kamala village along the western facing "millionaires mile", Laemson Villa 3 is just 10 minutes from Patong shopping and night life, and 15 minutes from the Laguna luxury hotel complex.

Living Areas
Leamson Villa 3 has extensive living areas. Inside and out to suite all occasions the outdoor areas are situated around an enormous 42.6 meter long overflowing swimming pool that looks directly out to sea.

There are sun deck areas around the pool and raised open sala areas for relaxing or dinning with comfortable furnishings and magnificent views.

The interior of the Villa is elegantly decorated with central living area of 150 square meters consisting of two living salas and a dining sala seating 12.

There is also a family room with 34” satellite TV, DVD, CD, games console and informal dining area along with a fax and a computer with access to the internet.

All rooms are centrally air-conditioned.

Bedrooms
The Villa has 4 large luxurious double bedrooms of 72 square meters each, all with en-suite bathrooms equipped with a power shower, a large bath and twin sinks.

The children’s room with 8 single beds, two bathrooms and generous built in wardrobes is spacious. There is also an adjacent nanny room with 2 single beds. The rooms enjoy direct access to an outdoor garden play area.

Please note, smoking is not allowed inside the living areas and that pets are not welcome.

Leisure Activities
Activities can be arranged by the villa staff on request such as golf at the Banyan Tree, tennis at nearby Kamala Bay Terrace hotel, excursions by speedboat to Phang Na and Phi-Phi islands, rental of luxury yachts, in-house massage, tour of the island, shoppingat various locations as well as outside dining.

Service Staff:
The Villa is fully staffed with an English speaking head of the house, two maids, a cook and a driver.

Airport transfers:
Transfers from Phuket international airport take approximately 30 minutes.
