Racha Ayara Villa with 6 bedrooms and 4 infinity edge swimming pools sits nestled within the Ayara Kamala private villas estate set on Phuket's exclusive west coastline and home to the island's 'millionaires mile' sought after properties.

The west facing setting 60 ft above the clear blue waters of the Andaman sea enjoys cooling sea breezes and is ideal for those seeking a private and tranquil location with stunning sea vistas complemented by the finest architecture and tropical living elements.

NOTE: A cautionary word of warning for parents of young children, please be informed that due to the elevated location of Racha Ayara Villa, a higher than normal level of supervision may be necessary for enthusiastic and adventurous toddlers.

The villa accommodation is designed around three separate and private levels connected by a lift with the Upper level presenting contemporary Thai inspired pavilions set around the tiled 30 meter long infinity pool and garden landscaping. The pavilions feature traditional Thai hand made ceramic tiles and teak wood floors and are joined by a Racha Ayara Villa sand washed floor in all common areas.

The Upper level is home to the private master villa suite set at north end of the pool and providing a living area, bedroom and Jacuzzi with views over the Andaman sea. The dining pavilion with an outdoor lounge which can accommodate a large party sits behind the pool and at the far end a pavilion living room is available where guests can gather to enjoy the stunning sunsets.

The fully equipped kitchen is set behind these main living areas linked by a private library. An elevator is provided for guests to move between the different levels.

The Middle level provides ultimate privacy for the three separated living areas, each with their own infinity pool. At the north end with its own private entrance is a two bedroom suite divided by an infinity pool. The main bedroom has its own separate living room, sleeping area, large changing and wardrobe rooms and Jacuzzi and hidden shower overlooking the Andaman Sea.

Across from the pool sits another large bedroom with large twin beds and separate bathroom.

Accessed by a separate entrance to the Middle level is a one bedroom suite with a living area and private bathroom, Jacuzzi and infinity pool.

The fourth bedroom suite with sleeping and living areas plus outdoor infinity pool and Jacuzzi has an outdoor dining area for recreation whilst taking in panoramic views out to sea.

Behind this area, a large room is provided designed as the Villa's main entertainment/media zone with the in house security controls equipment located nearby.

The Lower level features another guest suite with outdoor lotus pond, an enclosed living room with elevated bedroom, and Jacuzzi next to the large bath.

Other services on the lower level include parking and garaging for two cars, a wine cellar, laundry, and two separate maid's quarters.

Facilities

• Tennis courts and a restaurant/bar are provided within the secure estate grounds
• The villa has direct access by a flight of steps to a small beach below which can be used for marine activities as a pick up and drop off point.
