Villa Chan Grajang Phuket is a luxury 6 bedroom ocean view property with 2 pools and its own unique golf putting green set in 4,800 sq.m. of spacious private grounds on the hillside above Surin beach within the exclusive Ayara villas gated development on the islands west coast.

Completed in November 2008 the villa’s elevated north west facing location enjoys cooling sea breezes and stunning views out over Surin and Bang Tao beaches and the clear blue shimmering waters of the Andaman sea, with breathtaking sunsets to look forward to most evenings.

Designed to provide the best of outdoor tropical living facilities Villa Chan Grajang is ideal for families, groups of friends, reunions, small business retreats, weddings and other social events.

The villa comfortably sleeps 12 adults, with parking for 6 cars and is available for let of the full 6 bedroom facilities, down to part occupancy outside peak and high seasons.

The accommodation is made up of 2 villa units, large and small, each with their own swimming pool, providing a total internal and external living space of over 2,200 sq.m. The large main villa unit has 4 double bedrooms including the master bedroom (2 king size doubles & 2 twins) , with the smaller Guest villa unit providing another 2 double bedrooms (2 king size doubles). All bedrooms have connecting ensuite bathrooms.

Villa Chan Grajang features contemporary designs with Interiors by Angel Hall, including pieces from Bali, China, the US, and Thailand. The eclectic mix of Asian and Western furnishings immediately put guests at their ease on arrival and provide an extensive choice of where to relax at any particular time of the day to fit the mood. The Sutherland Teak chairs on the balcony provide a cool place to sit and read under the awnings, while the expansive pool deck with Dedon beds provides the perfect spot to top up a tan or snooze under the Umbrella's.

The Balinese outdoor wooden table seats 12 and is ideal for BBQ's or a lazy breakfast, while the Dining Room with it's solid Teak table and views out over Surin Beach offers a cooler indoors option. 4 of the 6 Bedrooms have their own deck areas with Dedon outdoor furniture for more intimate and private use.

The upstairs sitting room opens out and is the perfect place to invite friends over or relax before dinner. The Snooker Room sports a 3/4 size Snooker table, Darts board, Bar area, extensive Board games as well as TV and DVD, or try the Entertainment room with it's 50 inch Plasma screen.

The large 4 bedroom main villa boasts a stunning 22 meter by 5 meter infinity pool ideal for recreation or laps. There is a Sala, an ideal location for in house massages, as well as a Gym facility, with Cable TV and equipped with brand new exercise machines imported from the US. Indoor and outdoor living areas are equipped with Bose sound systems as well as Ipod docs, DVD and CD players in the major Bedrooms. Unique to the house is a 30 metre all weather chipping and putting area on the lower lawn providing hours of entertainment for kids as well as an extensive lawn areas for them to play in.

The 2 bedroom Guest villa has its own pool as well as a modern Western kitchen facility which provide the option of more self contained and private accommodation away from the larger main villa area.

Both Villa's are serviced by Khun Apple and her team of 4 live in staff. Khun Apple, has looked after European Families for over 15 years and speaks English. Amongst her team there is a cook ( both Thai and Western ), a Driver with use of a car as well as house maids. Apple and her staff are excellent with children, having brought up and worked for International families with young children for many years making them ideal for baby sitting . There is a local phone service available as well as Wireless Internet Access throughout the Villa. Laundry is also done on site.

As well as sleeping 12, the villa and grounds provide a sumptuous, intimate and an idyllic local for most social events and will comfortably host a gathering of 90 + people.

Location
Villa Chan Grajang enjoys one of the most prestigious locations on the west coast of Phuket within the gated Ayara Surin Luxury Villa Estate, the entrance of which is approx 500m from Surin Beach. Some of Phuket's finest restaurants and leisure facilities are just minutes away, including the Laguna Phuket Golf Club. The islands main tourist shopping and night life area Patong is 15 minutes drive south and Phuket Airport is 25 minutes drive away heading north.
