Villa Natai is a 6 bedroom ocean front pool villa including a main house and two separate guest pavilions accommodation, all of which take in ocean views. The property set in private grounds is a new residence on tranquil Natai beach just 20 minutes north of Phuket's international airport offering cooling sea breezes and the possibility of relaxation in an atmosphere of comfort and privacy.

The main villa is a dual level house with the entrance level featuring a large open living room space adjacent to the family room. The air conditioned family room can be closed off from the rest of the rooms on this floor allowing for privacy when watching TV or just a quiet read in privacy.

On the same level there is a large kitchen with all expected appliances one would expect in a luxury house. Next to the kitchen is the inside dining room which comfortably seats 10 people.

On the entrance level floor you will appreciate that the family room, living room, and dining room all have sliding window doors which fully open up onto the poolside courtyard and face the sea.

The second floor has three bedrooms all with air condition and a large terrace facing the beach.

The 55 sq. meter master bedroom area has its own separate master bathroom with shower and bath facilities. There is also a large walk-in closet with a safe to store your valuables. Adjacent to the walk-in closet area is a small vanity room.

The master bedroom, as well as the middle bedroom, has sliding glass doors which open onto the terrace with plenty of room to sit outside and enjoy the spectacular evening sunsets.

The first Guest Pavilion has a large bedroom with a queen bed and master bathroom facility. The guest house faces both the beach and pool area.

The second Guest Pavilion offers two full size separated bedrooms sharing a bathroom. Both bedroom also face both beach and pool area.

Villa Natai has a full sized pool surrounded by a sun deck and lounge area with beautiful teak lounge chairs. A separate shaded lounge area is ideal for outdoor eating comfortable seating 8.

Location
Villa Natai is located overlooking Natai Beach and the Andaman Sea just over the causeway bridge and north of Phuket Island. Although Natai beach is a quieter location you can easy access both a 5 star golf course as well as a wide range of restaurants and high end spas in the hotels and resorts located in and around the area.

• With the long stretch of beachfront and rich rainforest scenery in the background, Natai Beach is a pearl that only a few travellers have found so far.
• Thai Muang and Blue Canyon Golf courses are a short drive from the villa.

Natai Beach Area
West coast Natai beach with its stunning sunsets is just north of Phuket island over Sarasin Bridge and only a 20 minute drive from the international airport.

Set nearby Kok Kloi town just off the scenic coast road running from Phuket up to Thap Lamu, Khao Lak and on to Takua Pa and Kuraburi with tempting watering holes along the way, the region north of Natai is truly a paradise for exploring tropical rainforest trails, stunning waterfalls, swimming and picnics. River rafting is also available in season.

For off-shore marine activities boats are available from Thap Lamu pier for tours and dive trips to the spectacular Similan and Surin Islands Marine National Parks that are internationally renowned for their coral reefs and stunning island landscapes.

Khao Sok Rainforest National Park is a short distance from Takua Pa heading east towards Surat Thani and Samui.

For a private island castaway experience boats to Golden Buddha Beach on Ko Phra Tong can be arranged from Kuraburi pier.

From Natai Beach heading south east in the opposite direction, Krabi province is a more developed paradise for nature lovers. Set on the south east coastline of Phang Nga Bay it can be reached in around an hour's drive with the journey providing a spellbinding ride through a landscape of majestic towering karst (limestone) cliffs and mature tropical forests.
