Villa Sanyanga Phuket is a spacious 5 bedroom luxury ocean view property with infinity edge pool set in private grounds on the hillside above Bang Tao beach within the exclusive Baan Thai Surin Hill villas gated development on the islands west coast. Completed in 2008 the villa's elevated north west facing location enjoys cooling sea breezes and stunning views out over the whole of Bang Tao Bay and the blue shimmering waters of the Andaman sea silhouetted by 7 km of sandy shore line, and with breathtaking sunsets to look forward to most evenings.

With 2,300 sq.m. of living accommodation spread over 3 levels, the top level and main entertainment area features three pavilions, a large sala, a beautiful 18 x 5 m. infinity edge swimming pool and a separate barbeque area. The main pavilion provides a dining room with table seating for 10, and fully-fitted modern European style kitchen, the second pavilion has a large living room furnished with soft sofa/chairs and rattan furniture completed with a large screen cinema system, satellite TV, stereo music system and broadband WIFI internet connection. A separate private changing room and w/c area are provided for guests using the swimming pool facilities.

The third pavilion is home to the master bedroom which enjoys direct access via French doors to the large sala, infinity-edge swimming pool and sun terrace. Views from this area are idyllic, with gentle tropical breezes during the day and memorable sunsets in the evening.

Levels 2 and 3 below are home to the four large guest bedrooms with king size beds, and children's day beds; each has its own private terrace and walk in wardrobe. Three of the guest bedrooms have large ensuite bathrooms with showers, two hand-basins and large jacuzzi. Clever use of natural light, artificial light and shade has been blended to create a special mood in every room.

Service staff include two maids, a cook and a gardener/maintenance caretaker. The staff live off premises and are available from 8 am to 5 pm, other than the cook who has more flexible hours and can work until 9pm.

• The large family room (possible fifth guest bedroom) has comfortable sofas, flat screen TV, and several children's beds. Also a sofa bed which converts to a double. A door leads to the bathroom of the fourth bedroom.
• The lounge, which opens on to the pool terrace, has a large screen cinema system and also has a shaded seating area outside, with comfortable sofas. Broadband WIFI internet
• Satellite TV and stereo music, available throughout the house. There are 35000 different songs, and a large variety of DVD movies.
• Four staff - comprising a gardener/maintenance man, two maids and a cook. They live off the premises but are available from 8 am to 5 pm - the cook has more flexible hours and can work until 9pm.

Location
Villa Sanyanga enjoys a prestigious location on the west coast of Phuket within the gated Baan Thai Surin Hill Luxury Villa Estate, the entrance of which is approx 1 km from Surin Beach.

Some of Phuket's finest restaurants and leisure facilities are just minutes away, including the Laguna Phuket Golf Club.

The islands main tourist shopping and night life area Patong is 20 minutes drive south and Phuket Airport is 25 minutes drive away heading north.
